Week 1- Getting Started

As a group we have started to discuss fundraising ideas. We have reached out to community partners, neighbours, and our employers to bring them our fundraising ideas. Additionally, we had a chance to chat with Bobby Jo White from the Alzheimer's Society of Lanark Leed and Grenville. She expressed her gratitude for choosing the Alzheimer's Society however she let us know that she will be stepping away from this role after October 7, 2022. By next week we hope to have confirmation for some of our fundraising plans.

We have created and handed out flyers promoting our first fundraising event: A bottle Drive.
