Week 2- Bottle Drive and other success

We are feeling excited about the fundraising initiatives we have started to plan. We currently have started getting the word out about our bottle drive through flyers, word of mouth, drop stations and social media posts.

• Kacie has returned $450 worth of bottles already.

• Kelsey has returned $226.80 worth of bottles already.

• Erica received a cash donation of $100

• We have received an additional $10 cash donation, bringing our total to $786.80

Other current fundraising

• We also have received a gracious donation of Ottawa Senators tickets which will be raffled off. Tickets will be sold for $10 each or 3 for $20.

• Dress down for $5 a weekend at Kayla's work: the Perth Starbucks

We are in the planning stages of a few other fundraising events and will post more next week about those.

Each Tuesday we plan to meet from 3:30-5:00pm to work together and discuss any topics related to this assignment.
